FAQ

Stripe is our payment processor and handles all transactions for creating listings as well as fulfilling them. Funds are held in an escrow account until a hater's delivery is approved by the lister. If the listing expires or the delivery is not approved, funds are returned to the original lister.

If a hater doesn't fulfill your request to the degree you expected, you can leave it open or contact us for support. We will be building a feedback system soon to streamline this process.

We currently just support one-to-one relationships on listings. If you need an army, feel free to post duplicate jobs!
