Sepiida Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates rentahater.com (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Platform. This policy applies to information we collect through the Platform and in connection with your account. In this policy, “personal information” means information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify you.

2. Information we collect

• Account data. We require an email address and password to create an account. We assign a random, anonymous username for use on the Platform. We do not display your email publicly.
• Stripe integration. Payment and payout processing are handled by Stripe. When you pay for a listing or connect an account for payouts, Stripe collects and processes the financial and identity information needed for that. We do not store your full payment card details. • Listings and submissions. Content you submit (e.g., listing descriptions, applications, proof of delivery) is stored to operate the service. If you upload files (e.g., screenshots) as proof of delivery, we store them on our servers and make them available to the relevant buyer. Listing content is shown publicly in accordance with the product; submission content is visible to the relevant buyer and our systems.
• Cookies and session data. We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain security. These are essential for the operation of the Platform. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Technical and log data. We keep server and audit logs that may include identifiers such as IP address and user agent. We may also store the IP address associated with your last login for security and abuse prevention. These data are retained for as long as needed for security, compliance, and operation of the service.

3. How we use and disclose your information

We use the information above to provide and operate the Platform, process payments and payouts via Stripe, enforce our Terms of Service, respond to reports and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not reuse your information for marketing or unrelated purposes except as required by law. We may disclose your information when required by law, to protect our or others’ rights or safety, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Anonymization and display

On the Platform, user identity is presented in an anonymized way (e.g., usernames). We do not expose your email or other personally identifying information to other users through the normal use of the service.

5. Data retention

We retain account and listing data as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. Logs and audit data may include identifiers such as IP address and user agent and are retained for as long as needed for compliance, security, and abuse prevention.

6. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@sepiidalabs.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are in a jurisdiction that provides additional rights (for example, under the GDPR or similar laws), those rights apply to the extent required by law. The Platform is offered from the United States; data may be processed and stored in the United States.

7. Third parties

Payment and payout processing are performed by Stripe. Their collection and use of data are governed by their privacy policy. We may use reCAPTCHA (Google) on signup to reduce abuse; Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g., encryption in transit, secure sessions, restricted access). No system is completely secure; we do not guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us at contact@sepiidalabs.com.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated by posting the updated policy on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
